Review Qualification Requirements and Membership Benefits before beginning the application.

 

To apply complete all of the following steps

• Student must complete the Student Application Form

   

• Parent must complete the Parent Information Form

   

• Supporting documents must be emailed to HEROESgifted@gmail.com

   

• Submit the $35 annual Membership Fee ($10 for Siblings). Pay the 2010/2011 dues now and get the remainder of the year ending June 2010 included for free.
